Tullow Oil shareholders have agreed to change the domicile of the company to the UK by establishing a new UK company called Tullow Oil plc.

The proposals will be effected under a scheme of arrangement which has to be sanctioned by the High Court.

Once this has been sanctioned the new shares will be traded on the London and Irish stock exchanges.
