Weblog: Talking Bad companion broadcast

It’s a week of goodbyes, it seems.

Breaking Bad ends with a blistering finale but, don't worry, no spoilers here. Instead, I direct you to the Talking Bad podcast
hosted by comedian and podcast veteran Chris
Hardwick.

There’s a video version too but it can only be accessed from the US.

Anyway, this show dissects and discusses, episode by episode, the Breaking Bad plot and characters and is a good choice if you're afraid to go cold turkey.

Microsoft's Steve Ballmer had the time of his life
Not content with just accepting the gold watch and commemorative plaque, Steve Ballmer leaves his role as CEO of Microsoft with an emotional speech that is difficult to watch. He circles the stage à la Dr Phil, crying, shaking his head, crying some more and shouting about his feelings. It ends with him running around the stage high-fiving bystanders to the Dirty Dancing tune I've Had The Time Of My Life. Scarleh for ye, Steve Ballmer.
