Cable snarl is an evitable fact of modern life. Whether its your smartphone or digital camera, portable hard drive or tablet, there are plenty of cables all too willing to get tangled up in each other in your bag. And inevitably, they get damaged and break. Until now.

Kickstarter project Torso offers a new take on it: portable cables that are a bit tougher than your average wires. A little over 4-inches long, the device has a bendable wire skeleton and three legs. No more tangling, no more breaking. It can also double as a stand for your phone, allowing you to take photos or watch movies handsfree.
