Love & Robots came to public attention last week when it (deservedly) won the ESB Spark of Genius Award at the Web Summit. This 3D printing company makes beautiful custom jewellery, smartphone cases, clocks and coasters. Jewellery ranges from funky plastic, neon-coloured geometric pieces to sophisticated gold and silver piece that can be customized with initials. It's a good place to begin your Christmas shopping: the wooden coasters are 3D etched with intricate designs: I recommend the Dublin skyline for something unusual. Everything in the store is original, with designer profiles on the creators, who range from industrial designers to architects.
