Citrix to create 50 new jobs in Dublin

Software company Citrix is to create 50 new jobs in Dublin following "unprecedented" customer demand.

The 50 full-time jobs are in the areas of technical support, sales, engineering and management.

Citrix vice president of infrastructure and operations, Martin Kelly, said one of the key ingredients for on-going success and growth of the company in Ireland was the availability of the right skills and talent.

“These job openings exist now, we are hiring immediately and want to hear from talented sales and technology professionals.”

IDA chief executive Barry O’Leary said Citrix has significantly broadened its product range ensuring steady and consistent growth.

“This expansion across all divisions of Citrix in Ireland will strengthen Ireland’s existing technology cluster and complements Ireland’s reputation as a leader for cloud computing investment.”

A number of Citrix business units operate in Ireland including sales, global IT operations and a technical support team which provides support to partners and end users across the entire EMEA region.
