THE Irish National Petroleum Corporation has negotiated an agreement with the Norwegian state oil company, Statoil, to process crude oil at its refinery at Whitegate, Co Cork. Stat oil general manager, Mr Karl Brekke, said the processing agreement formed part of the company's policy of developing its international operations with local companies.
