An Irish-connected health firm is in line for an award at the Global Mobile Awards at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

Sensormind, along with its partner Vodafone, has been shortlisted in the Best Mobile Health Product or Service. Its flagship service helps older and more vulnerable people to live independently at home, detecting changes in their behaviour patterns and raising automatic alerts when necessary.

The awards will be presented on February 26th at the GSMA Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
