Two senior executives have resigned from PR company Bill O'Herlihy Communications.

Deputy managing director, Ms Fiona Gillespie, and executive director, Ms Bride Rosney, will leave at the beginning of September although both said their departures were unrelated. Ms Rosney will act as consultant to the company until the end of the year.

Ms Gillespie and Ms Rosney said they were assessing their future plans. They and the company's chief executive, Mr O'Herlihy, said their departures were amicable and had been planned separately for some months.
