In an article in our Business and Technology supplement of the 25th April concerning the National Asset Management Agency’s recent quarterly report to the Minister for Finance, we stated in error that Nama had received a judgment against Ronan King.

Solicitors acting for Mr King have pointed out that Nama has not applied for judgment against Mr King, nor has judgment been granted. We apologise to Mr King and regret the error.
