Digicel director’s Haiti-focused charity to host Six Nations-themed fundraiser

Haven, the Haiti-focused charity founded by Digicel director Leslie Buckley, will host its annual Six Nations-themed fundraiser in the Shelbourne hotel in Dublin on Friday. The highlight of the lunch, for which business types are coughing up €1,500 per table, will be the presentation of an outstanding contribution to rugby award to Ciarán Fitzgerald, the former Ireland and Lions captain. Fitzgerald apparently had a stellar record against the English in his day. Oh, how the Ireland team could do with him on Sunday in the Aviva . . .
