Apache Pizza recruitment roadshow will aim to fill 500 new jobs

Apache Pizza is to create 500 new jobs across its 180 stores before Christmas and has organised a national recruitment roadshow to visit towns and universities over the coming weeks to fill the positions “as rapidly as possible”.

The jobs include permanent, full-time and part-time positions for general managers, supervisors, team members and delivery drivers.

Those joining part-time will have the option to go full-time at a later stage. The group said seasonal jobs are also available for the Christmas period outside of these 500 positions.

The company said it would offer flexible working conditions, full training and “attractive opportunities” for career advancement.

The new jobs follow the 300 roles that Apache created earlier this year when it announced the opening of 20 stores. Apache Pizza has served six million pizzas to customers so far this year.

The recruitment roadshow will visit stores in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Westmeath, Louth and Derry between now and December 7th.

It will provide an informal opportunity to meet the Apache Pizza business team, including franchisees, managers and team members, to ask questions and to learn about what it is like to work at the pizza chain.

Apache Pizza was founded in Dublin in 1996 by Robert Pendleton and his wife Emily Gore-Grimes. However, the couple no longer manage the business. It is now owned by Food Delivery Brands.
