SAVILLS HAS begun marketing a showrooms, office and industrial building at the Ballymount junction of the M50 in Dublin 24.

Richard Stuart of the agency says the building would be ideal for image-conscious occupiers seeking a high-profile position in the heart of Dublin's prime industrial hub. He is now quoting a rent of €195,000 for the building which has a gross floor area of 2,528 sq m (27,210 sq ft).

The detached building stands on a site of 0.85 of a hectare at the junction of Upper Ballymount Road and Ballymount Avenue.
