Ireland's property market will continue to grow next year and is not overheating, according to property consultant Mr Pat Gunne. He pointed particularly to the scale of inward investment into Ireland and its position as a hub for e-commerce. Mr Gunne was speaking at the opening of a new transnational property group, Insignia Richard Ellis Gunne.
