Minmet, the mining company, is to make a £3.5 million sterling bid for the remaining 34.5 per cent stake in Connary Minerals which it does not own. If it is successful Connary Minerals will cease to exist and its listing on the Ofex market in London will come to an end. Trading in Connary's shares on Ofex were suspended yesterday and Minmet will make a statement next week.
