The antitrust case against Microsoft has been delayed until September 23rd, a Justice Department official said yesterday. The suit originally was to begin on September 8th. The delay was caused by a dispute over whether the press could attend the pre-trial depositions of Microsoft executives. The federal government and 20 states filed an extensive law suit in May, accusing Microsoft of an illegal monopoly.
