The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) is seeking applications for “two sound broadcasting services” – or radio operators. One is a “broad format” service for Sligo/North Leitrim/South Donegal.

Ocean FM currently broadcasts in this area and its contract will expire on September 30th, 2014.


Incumbent
The second opportunity, this one for "music driven" broadcasters, is in Waterford City and Co, South Tipperary and counties Wexford, Carlow and Kilkenny.

Beat 102-103 is the incumbent and its contract will expire on 30th September 30th, 2014.
