Tax law specialist Mr Kieran Corrigan said plans by the Minister for Finance to individualise the standard rate tax band was not unconstitutional. In his new book Revenue Law, which was launched yesterday, Mr Corrigan stated that the plan went further than necessary to implement the Supreme Court's decision in the Murphy case.
