Plastics manufacturer One51 said on Friday that it has acquired the business and assets of Greenway Environmental Services (GES) for an undisclosed sum.

The UK company provides industrial services to the manufacturing and construction sectors in the north west.

One51 said that will be integrated into its environmental-services division, ClearCircle Environmental, and will further expand ClearCircle’s service offering in the United Kingdom.

“The acquisition of GES is consistent with One51’s strategy to develop its ClearCircle business across Ireland and the United Kingdom,” One51 said in a statement.
