Ebeon, the Irish based e-business architect, has developed a new kiosk system to provide Eircell customers with a quicker and more direct way of doing everything from paying bills to changing billing addresses.

Three kiosks have been installed on a pilot basis in the Eircell store in Cork city, which incorporate touch screens and interactive media presentations. Customers can also top up their Ready to Go phones, swipe credit cards and subscribe or unsubscribe to information services.

Mr Stephen Brewer, chief executive officer of Eircell, said the kiosk system was a further way of enabling customers.
