The placing and open offer by telecommunications group, ITG, have been successfully completed. The directors had indicated they would not be taking up their entitlement; excluding these, 92.7 per cent subscribed to the open offer. The placing and open offer doubles the number of shares in issue. Dealings in the new shares are expected to begin tomorrow.
