The Irish Software Association has expanded its service to members with the launch of a new website. The site (www.software.ie) includes contact details on the association's 150 members, and an online registration area for the ISA's evening meetings. Members receive a password which accesses a special resources section featuring industry information such as funding guidelines, hiring skills and training programmes. Members will also be able to access speakers' talks on seminars they were unable to attend.

ISA chairwoman Ms Mary Cryan said: "This is an interesting example of how the technology can be used to boost services and our relationship with often very busy members. In addition we hope it will be accessed internationally by those who are interested in developing relationships and contacts with the Irish software industry."
