Iona more than doubled its turnover last year on revenues in 1996. The company stated last night that turnover had in- creased to $48.6 million (£34.5 million) in the year to December 31st, compared to $21.2 million in the same period the year before, an in- crease of 129 per cent. After-tax profit for 1997 was $7.2 million compared to $1.5 million in 1996.
