The four executive directors of foods group IAWS - managing director Mr Philip Lynch, finance director Mr David Martin, Mr Owen Killian and Mr Rory Toal - shared a total remuneration package of £1.23 million (#1.6 million) last year, an average of £308,000 each. This is marginally higher than the £1.2 million they shared the previous year.
