THE four executive directors of Hibernian Group increased their total remuneration, including pensions contributions, from £500,000 in 1994 to £604,000 in 1995. This represents an increase of 20.4 per cent in the average emolument from £125,000 to £151,000. The annual bonus for the four directors went up from £65,000 to £125,000. The basic remuneration increased from £334,000 to £369,000. Fees for the seven non executive directors increased from £159,000 to £166,000, or an average of £23,714.
