Green Property has launched a strong attack on the board of Trafford Park Estates, the Manchester property company for which Green has lodged a hostile bid of up to £146 million sterling.

In its formal response to recent comments from the Trafford Park board, Green has stated that the board's claim that Green's offer undervalues the Manchester company conflicts with the value that the board itself put on Trafford Park just one month ago.
