FOREIGN earnings by Irish management consultants increased by 50 per cent from £40 million in 1994 to £60 million last year, according to the Institute of Management Consultants. Foreign earnings now exceed the value of the Irish consultancy market by some £20 million, according to Mr Pat Gillen, president of the Institute and over 700 Irish consultants are now employed overseas.
