The Central Bank has issued a warning about an unauthorised investment firm operating in Ireland.

The bank said Nelson Capital Advisors has been offering investment services to the Irish public which is a criminal offence unless authorised by the bank.

Consumers who deal with such firms are not eligible to avail of the Investor Compensation Scheme.

Nelson Capital Advisors joins the list of 214 unauthorised firms published on the Central Bank’s website for similiar breaches.
