For the second time, eTel, a Dublin-based provider of cross-border telecommunication solutions, has won the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award.
Established in 1999, eTel has seen aggregate growth in revenue of 2,652 per cent over the past five years.
Connect Global Solutions took second place. The company specialises in providing globalisation solutions to corporations involved in international commerce. It achieved a growth rate of 1,319 per cent.
In third place was web development and online marketing firm Webtrade, with aggregate revenue growth of 705 per cent. Fourth and fifth places went to Electric Paper and TerminalFour.
Announcing the winners of the fifth Technology Fast 50 programme, Mr David O'Flanagan, partner with Deloitte, Dublin said: "This programme seeks out those companies that have shown impressive growth rates in the telecommunications, hardware, software and biotechnology markets over the last five years.
"The Fast 50 programme has always been a reliable indicator of whether innovation is leading to more growth and wealth-creation."
