Enterprise Ireland has approved 102 projects for investment under the e-Business Acceleration Fund project. The fund is part of the State development agency's strategy to accelerate the adoption of e-business methods by Irish-based manufacturing businesses and also companies that operate in the internationally traded services sector. The fund will invest £10 million (€12.7 million) and the maximum funding for any one project is £250,000. The funds will "help speed up the development of significant scale projects to assist Irish companies take advantage of the e-business opportunity," according to the Tanaiste, Ms Harney.
