Ms Gina Quin, chief executive of Rehab subsidiary Gandon Enterprises, has been appointed chief executive of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce. From December 1st, Ms Quin takes over from Mr Jim Miley, who is leaving to set up an Internet property firm. Ms Quin has previously worked with the Irish Trade Board and with Lansdowne Market Research. She has been a member of the board of the Custom House Docks Development Authority and was vice president of the Irish Exporters' Association.
