Compaq Computer Ireland and Northern Ireland's Service and Systems Solutions (Sx3) said yesterday they had formed an alliance to offer IT solutions to the utilities market in Europe. The tie-up between Compaq and Sx3, part of the Viridian Group, will cover IT consultancy, systems integration, outsourcing services and other products.
