IBI appoints O’Shaughnessy and Donegan as directors

Company sees uplift in corporate finance activity

IBI Corporate Finance has announced the appointment of Laurence O'Shaughnessy and Raymond Donegan as Directors.

Mr O'Shaughnessy joins IBI Corporate Finance from Nomura, the Japanese investment bank, in London. He previously worked in London for Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley. He has advised a range of public, private, fund and sovereign clients on mergers, financings, capital raising and restructuring.

Mr Donegan joined IBI Corporate Finance in 2000 and has advised on numerous transactions including sales, acquisitions, equity fundraising and debt advisory mandates for public and private businesses.

Tom Godfrey, chief executive of IBI Corporate Finance said; "We are seeing a significant uplift in corporate finance activity this year and there is a significant pipeline of transactions developing as the Irish economic recovery continues."
