Workshop and offices for sale in Dublin 2

Property will most likely be redeveloped for either offices or apartments because of location within the Docklands

An investment with obvious redevelopment opportunities comes on the market today with the planned sale of a workshop and overhead offices at 8-10 Hanover Street East, Dublin 2.

Mark Smyth of CBRE is seeking some €2.75 million for the four-storey building which will undoubtedly be redeveloped for either offices or apartments because of its location within the Docklands "strategic development and regeneration area".

It is located at the junction of Hanover Street East and Lime Street, and has an overall floor area of 1,137sq m (12,242sq ft). The ground floor workshop is vacant while the overhead offices are producing an annual income of €110,760.
