Tenant sought for Smithfield cafe premises

Agent JLL is looking for a tenant for a new cafe premises planned for Coke Lane in the South Smithfield area of Dublin 7. The Dublin Loft Company is developing the building which will have 15 apartments on the upper floors and a ground floor cafe extending to 225sq m (2,421sq ft). Development work is due to be completed early next year. The building will be close to the Luas stop in the centre of Smithfield and convenient to the Four Courts and the Jameson Distillery.
