Six houses for sale in Swords town centre

Portfolio of six newly refurbished houses is producing a rent roll of about €100,000

With development opportunities almost always in demand in the north Dublin suburb of Swords, Lisney is expecting considerable interest in a town centre site with six rent-producing houses.

Lisney is inviting offers of approximately €1.9 million for the a portfolio of six newly refurbished houses, currently producing a rental stream of about €100,000.

The 0.2 hectare (0.5 of an acre) site is ideally located on the Seatown Road between the site of a proposed Aldi store and the headquarters of Fingal County Council.

Cathal Daughton of Lisney says that, with town centre zoning, the property has obvious future development potential while providing substantial rental income in the meantime.
