Sites for sale with views in Dalkey

An unusual opportunity to build two houses in Dalkey in south Dublin will arise shortly when CBRE offer for sale an exceptional site of 0.163 of a hectare (0.4 of an acre) on Green Road.

The site overlooks Coliemore Harbour and is accessed through a gated entrance.

Peter Garrigan of CBRE, who is handling the sale, said he expected considerable interest in the two sites which were located in an exclusive development known as Dalkey Sound.
