Roselevan Shopping Centre will give new owner an attractive yield of 11.2 per cent

A 10-year-old shopping centre about two kilometres from the centre of Ennis, Co Clare has come on the market with a guide price €2 million. Joint agents CBRE and Costelloe Estate Agents expect strong interest in Roselevan Shopping Centre which will give the purchaser an attractive yield of 11.2 per cent.

The complex is currently producing a rent roll of €233,930 from nine retail and other commercial units.

Roselevan is located in a thriving neighbourhood where more than 1,400 houses were built during the boom years.

The centre is exceptionally well run, according to the selling agents, and is anchored by Liddy’s Costcutter Supermarket and Fine Wines.
