Building midway between Westland Row train station and the river Liffey at City Quay

Brown Corrigan Chartered Surveyors are guiding €250,000 for a two-storey retail and storage building midway between Westland Row train station and the river Liffey at City Quay, Dublin 2.

The building extends to 156 sq m (1,679 sq ft) and is in need of refurbishment. There are a number of car parking spaces to the front.

The selling agents say that the building could be used as a kitchen showroom or other retail facility if upgraded along with the overhead accommodation.
