Salvation Army Hall for €750,000

Distinctive three-storey over-basement building has 275sq m (2,961sq ft)

Lisney has fixed February 27th as the deadline for tenders from the various parties interested in acquiring the former Salvation Army Hall at Lower Abbey Street in Dublin 1.

The agency has been quoting a guide price of €750,000 for the hall, which has been vacant for a number of years.

The distinctive three- storey over-basement building has a floor area of 275sq m (2,961sq ft), as well as two separate entrances to the hall and upper floors from Lower Abbey Street.

The sale is being handled by Ross Shorten and Fintan McCluskey in Lisney.
