Rouse joins BNP Paribas Real Estate

Kenneth Rouse, formerly of AIB Capital Markets, with Patrick Curran, managing director of BNP Paribas Real Estate after joining the agency as part of its continued expansion in Ireland and in response to both local and international investor requirements. He joins the company from QED Equity in the IFSC, which is owned by businessman Dermot Desmond. Curran said Rouse's mandate would include developing stronger relationships with Irish institutional investors, Irish banks and their de-leveraging and sales teams.
