The Rockfield Lounge at Balally, Dundrum, Dublin 16, has been let to a new consortium at the quoting rent of €110,000 per annum. The lease has been assigned to Conor O'Higgins, formerly of Winters, Dundrum, along with Simon Moore and Erwin Pollard of Venue Angel who plan to refurbish the premises before relaunching it as a gastro-themed bar and restaurant.

Stephen McCarthy of Savills, who handled the letting, said that given the strong fundamentals in terms of profile, close proximity to Dundrum Town Centre and the turnkey condition, it was hardly surprising that the premises generated some of the strongest interest for a long time.
