Restaurant in village centre for €800,000

CBRE is seeking €800,000 for a restaurant at Castle Street in Dalkey, Co Dublin, which will show an initial yield of 8.68 per cent. The two-storey Ouzos Seafood Restaurant extends to 151sq m (1,621sq ft) and is in the centre of the village.

It is let to PBR Restaurants under a 35-year lease from 2004 at a passing rent of €72,500 a year.

Fiona Kennedy of CBRE says the single-let nature of the building coupled with the long unexpired lease term would be attractive to a range of investors.
