Refurbished offices for rent in prime Dublin 2

Colliers International is quoting a rent of €450 a square metre (€41.80 a square foot) for office space at the refurbished Crescent Hall on Mount Street Crescent in Dublin 2.

Developed by Johnny Ronan in 1996, Crescent Hall is a mock-Georgian four-storey office building extending to 505sq m (5,436sq ft). Its predominantly open-plan floors range in size from 110sq m (1,184sq ft) to 128sq m (1,378sq ft) while there are six basement car-parking spaces.

Crescent Hall was acquired recently by Colliers International on behalf of private clients.

Savills had been quoting a price of €1.65 million for Crescent Hall earlier this year and it was being sold on behalf of international investors Kennedy Wilson, who acquired it as part of a portfolio of properties previously held by Treasury Holdings.

The building has been fully refurbished since then to a grade-A standard to include LED lighting, energy-efficient perimeter heating system and air conditioning. It is located in Dublin’s prime “D2” Georgian office neighbourhood near the Grand Canal.
