Raymond Tutty joins Savills as associate director

Savills has added planning specialist Raymond Tutty to its development land division.

Mr Tutty, who joins as associate director, is originally from Limerick but has spent the past 11 years with the company's planning division in the United Kingdom where he worked on major commercial and residential schemes.

Savills now has 11 full-time employees in its development and consultancy division which is headed up by Mark Reynolds.

Mr Tutty says “planning will provide additional depth to our offer and ensure we can meet clients’ end-to-end property services requirements”. These include planning appraisals, development plan submissions, planning applications and appeals, and environmental/sustainability advice.

Biggest deals

Last year Savills acted in some of Ireland's biggest land deals, including Project Waterfront (the last remaining waterfront development site in Dublin's north docklands) and Apollo House on Tara Street in Dublin city centre.

Meanwhile, Lisa McInerney has joined QRE as divisional director. Ms McInerney, who previously worked with GVA Donal O Buachalla, is a chartered surveyor and has more than 17 years' experience in the areas of commercial valuations, agent, rent reviews and landlord/tenant advice.

She has a BSc in property valuation and management, has a postgraduate in business administration and holds a diploma in stockbroking investment.
