Range of properties with rent and development potential

A restaurant, bar and nightclub known as the Odessa at Dame Court off Wicklow Street in Dublin 2, and producing a rental income of €60,000 per annum is to be offered for sale through agents Kelly Walsh at €1.6 million.

The portfolio, which also includes a two-bedroom house at Harolds Cross, Dublin 6, is expected to attract considerable interest among an ever increasing number of people looking for a city centre investment with further potential.

The same agency is also quoting in excess of €950,000 for four business units at Airside Enterprise Centre near Dublin Airport which are producing rents of €38,000 per annum. The tenant mix includes Axa, Eurocycles and PTSB, Finline and Golf Vision.

The Capital Portfolio also includes a range of industrial building dating from the 1970s at Finches Park and Long Mile Road Industrial Estate in west Dublin.

The agents expect to secure over €4 million for the mix of industrial buildings, again with redevelopment potential.

Those in Finches Park are rented at €93,000 per annum, while the six units at Long Mile Road are bringing in €348,000 in revenue.

The selling agent is quoting €6m for the entire portfolio which is producing rents of €569,000. It may also be sold in four lots.
