Oxfam shop for €525,000

Oxfam paying rent of €47,500 per annum

Hooke & MacDonald is seeking offers of about €525,000 for a retail building rented by international charity organisation Oxfam at Doyle's Corner in Phibsboro, Dublin 7.

The two-storey mid-terrace building has a floor area of 197sq m (2,120sq ft) with the first-floor level extending over the adjoining property. Oxfam is paying a rent of €47,500 per annum under a lease with upward-only reviews.

The lease runs for another 13 years.
