Newbridge site seeks €5m-plus

Agent Kelly Walsh in Dublin is seeking in excess of €5 million for a 21-acre site with planning permission for 168 houses and 78 apartments at The Meadow on Stations Road in Newbridge, Co Kildare.

Garvan Walsh said there was potential for about 200 houses on the land adjacent to Newbridge train station, the new headquarters of the Department of Defence and Sarsfield GAA Club.

The planned site adjoins an earlier development of three- and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached houses.

The sale is being carried out on the instructions of receiver Simon Coyle of Mazars.
