New store for L’Occitane

International cosmetics retailer L’Occitane has opened a new outlet at The Blanchardstown Centre in west Dublin. It is trading out of a unit extending to 90sq m (966sq ft) on the upper level beside H&M. Founded in France in 1977, L’Occitane has 12 stores in Ireland.

Elsewhere in Blanchardstown, Diesel and Newbridge Silverware have relocated to larger shop units. Diesel now occupies a 270sq m (2,900sq ft) store close to River Island and Superdry, while Newbridge has made its new 135sq m (1,465sq ft) shop its flagship Irish outlet. The Diesel shop has been taken over by men's fashion retailer Raidar.

Joint agents BNP Paribas Real Estate and JLL are marketing the former Newbridge store which extends to 29sq m (320sq ft).
