Colm Lundy has been appointed commercial director of Coldwell Blanker Commercial Property Consultants and will head up its investment and professional services team.

Lundy has more than 25 years of experience in Irish, UK and German markets.

As property director of Lidl Ireland, he was responsible for its launch and expansion into the Irish market.
