Same estate agents secure €960,000 for two adjoining retail premises in Temple Bar

A mixed use investment property overlooking the Grand Canal at 71-73 Mespil Road has been sold by Donal O Buachalla for €1.85 million, giving the new owner a net return of 7.37 per cent.

The three-storey over basement mid-terrace building with rear extensions is let to two restaurants.

Two two-bedroom apartments and three one-bedroom units are also let bringing the overall rent roll up to €142,500.

The same estate agents have secured €960,000 for two adjoining retail premises at 5 and 5a Crown Alley in Dublin’s Temple Bar area.
